Our process

  • At Wise Financial Services, each new relationship starts with a thorough consultation. Kent will meet with you in person, on Zoom, or over the phone -- whatever is most convenient for you. We need to understand exactly where you’re at to help you get where you want to be. We’ll discuss your goals and the other factors mentioned on our Investment page.

  • After your consultation, Kent will personally create a customized strategy with your goals in mind. For many of our clients that plan usually includes a combination of investment strategies and insurance solutions to build wealth and protect it.

  • Once we have your strategy, Kent will sit down with you and go over everything in detail. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you have, as our goal is not only to help you achieve your goals, but also to help you understand exactly what it’s going to take to get you there.

  • When you’re ready to move forward, this is the point where you’ll likely meet more of our team. Pam Hair and Leslie Conrad lead our customer care team and handle the administrative side of Wise Financial Services. They will guide you through signing paperwork, opening accounts and any other customer service questions you have.

  • We don’t just open your accounts and forget about you. Financial plans need to be tweaked occasionally as circumstances change. Kent talks with all his clients at least once a year but he is happy to give you a quick review or answer your investment questions any time.
